CMRE INC may receive and review credit reports, credit-related information, background-screening information, tenant-screening reports, screening results, recommendations, rental history information, and other information generated through these services.

CMRE INC uses TenantCloud for tenant account and payment-related services.

When tenants make rent or other electronic payments through TenantCloud, they may provide bank account, debit card, credit card, or other payment information directly through TenantCloud or an associated payment processor.

CMRE INC may receive and maintain information regarding payments and transactions, including payment amounts, payment dates, payment status, balances, fees, and transaction records.

Banking credentials, complete bank account numbers, payment card numbers, and similar payment credentials entered directly into TenantCloud or its payment-processing services are processed by the applicable third-party provider and are subject to that provider's privacy and security practices.
