About Christopher Miller 

Christopher Miller is a seasoned broker who has been selling, developing, managing, and leasing properties in the Oak Lawn, Park Cities, and Uptown areas of Dallas for more than three decades—11 years with Dave Perry Miller Real Estate. This is what has earned him Top Individual Producer in his office. He began his career brokering condominium projects in the late 1980s  and  today,  handles  an  array  of  residential  and  commercial real estate listings and projects for buyers, sellers, and investors who want an experienced agent with proven success on their side.

Miller is the son of a career Diplomat. Born in Saigon, he has also lived in Thailand, Hong Kong, Turkey, and France. A graduate of Tulane University, Miller first became interested in real estate while living in Paris when renowned Dallas real estate developer Henry S. Miller invited him to a private dinner at the Hall of Mirrors in the Palace of Versailles. “I asked him what he did for a living, and he said, ‘real estate,’ so I decided that’s what I wanted to do, too,” Miller says. “I liked the numbers and put- ting deals together. Whether it’s a condominium project or a house, I like selling and helping my clients get the best return on their investment.”

Diversity and experience are two of Miller’s key differentia-tors. Development land in Oak Lawn, million-dollar apartment building-turned-condo sales, medical office buildings, land in Fort Worth for a new restaurant, warehouse leases—he does it all. In addition to serving buyers and sellers, Miller also man- ages his clients’ investment properties. He has guided clients through purchase, renovation, management, and sale for properties in Oak Lawn, the Park Cities, Uptown, Plano, Frisco, and beyond. “Through the years, I have learned where the values are and how to identify them,” he says. “I treat my residential business the same way—they are an asset and need to be treated as my client's most important investment.”
